Simple Pear Torte
- 3 pears
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 C. milk
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1 C. Organic Cane Juice Crystals
- 1 1/2 C. *King Arthur Gluten Free Measure for Measure
- 1 t. vanilla
- 1/2 t. cinnamon (optional)
Preheat oven to 350 deg FPeel, core, and slice pearsMix together eggs, milk, salt, vanilla, cinnamon, and organic cane juice crystalsAdd flour and mix wellgently mix in pears Grease a 9" cake panCoat the pan with sucanatPour torte mixture into panBake 30-35 minutes or until doneEnjoy!
