Buttermilk Oat Pancakes
Sometimes, nothing beats the simplicity of classic pancakes. These pancakes are a timeless favorite, Whether fluffy or thin, topped with maple syrup or fresh fruit.
- 1/2 C. oat flour
- 1/2 C. brown rice flour
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 T. melted coconut oil
- 1/2 t. baking powder
- 1/2 t. baking soda
- 1 t. vanilla
- 1 T. sucanat
Mix the dry ingredients together
Beat the egg
Add beaten egg and other liquid ingredients to the dry mixture
Let mixture sit for 5 minutes
Cook in pan lightly greased with coconut oilEnjoy!
