As The Ingredient Guru, I make it my business to find real food resources that you can trust. These are companies that I believe in and recommend to others.

Wilderness Family Naturals – Offering a wide variety of items including a good assortment of coconut products. Many of their items are certified organic.

Gluten Free Sourdough – Fabulous sourdough bread kits, breads, cookies, cookbooks and more, this is THE place to go for gluten free sourdough.
Honeyville Grain – With one low shipping price and a wide variety of grains and freeze dried fruits and vegetables there's a lot here.
Jovial Foods – Our favorite gluten free pasta, they also offer einkorn products.
To Your Health Sprouted Flour – Sprouted grains and legumes are so beneficial for your health. Certified organic and kosher, many of their products are gluten free as well.

Chaffin Family Orchards – Offering award-winning olive oils, fruits, and humanely raised pastured meats this is a family farm that is committed to good food.
Nutiva – My favorite brand of organic coconut oil, they also offer coconut manna, coconut flour, coconut sugar, hemp products, chia seeds, and red palm oil.
Olea Estates Olive Oil – The first time I tasted their olive oils I was amazed at the richness and intensity of it. They are truly passionate about their product.
Pure Indian Foods – If you don’t want to make your own ghee this is the place to get it. Grassfed and organic – there is nothing better.
Sandy Oaks Olive Orchard – Located in the Hill Country in Texas, the owner has created a beautiful orchard which supplies olives, oil, skin care, even olive leaf jellies.
Meat & Broths
Bare Bones – With both chicken and beef bone broth available, Bare Bones brings it to the next level with a collection of free, easy, delicious recipes you can make with their broth.
Kettle & Fire – Currently offering the only shelf-stable bone broth on the market. Made with high-quality ingredients and without ANY preservatives or additives. This broth will be good at room temperature for up to 2 years.
KOL Foods – If you need to eat kosher certified foods it can be difficult to source organic, grass-fed and pastured products. KOL Foods has beef, lamb, poultry, and salmon that meets your needs.
