Greens & Apple Slaw

Ingredients
½ head of green cabbage, diced longwise
1 cup Brussels sprouts, shaved
1 small green apple, cored and diced
⅓ pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Sea salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
In large bowl, mix cabbage, Brussels sprouts, and salt and let sit for 30 minutes
After salted vegetable mixture has released water, drain thoroughly
Add remaining ingredients to vegetables and toss well
