Greens & Apple Slaw

Ingredients
  

  • ½ head of green cabbage, diced longwise
  • 1 cup Brussels sprouts, shaved
  • 1 small green apple, cored and diced
  • ⅓ pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • Sea salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In large bowl, mix cabbage, Brussels sprouts, and salt and let sit for 30 minutes
  • After salted vegetable mixture has released water, drain thoroughly
  • Add remaining ingredients to vegetables and toss well
